【About the Model】
Citroën, which recorded 28 victories in the WRC from 2001 to 2006 with the Xsara WRC, withdrew from full-time competition at the end of the 2015 season. However, the company made a comeback in 2017 with the Citroën C3 WRC. The Citroën C3 was developed based on the 5-door model of the C3, a small commercial car, in accordance with the regulations of the World Rally Car category. The Citroën C3 is equipped with a transversely mounted 1.6-liter inline 4-cylinder engine at the front, with MacPherson strut suspension at the front and rear, and a four-wheel drive system.
The Citroën C3 WRC made its debut in 2017 and was driven by Kris Meeke, Sebastien Loeb, and Sebastien Ogier. In 2017, the Citroën C3 won two races, one race in 2018, and three races in 2019.

This plastic model kit reproduces the Citroën C3 WRC 2018 Tour de Corse 2018 in 1/24 scale.
