【About the Aircraft】
The F-22A Raptor is the main fighter operated by the U.S. Air Force since 2005. The F-22A has a high stealth fuselage shape and is equipped with two turbofan engines, enabling supersonic cruising with a maximum speed of Mach 2.25 and Mach 1.8 without afterburners. Furthermore, it adopted a deflection nozzle to demonstrate high air combat performance and is currently said to be the world's highest performance fighter. The Japan Air Self-Defense Force initially assumed the introduction of the F-22A as the next main fighter but was postponed due to various factors. If the F-22A was operated in Japan, it would be seen flying in the sky in Japan with an oceanic camouflage similar to the F-2A fighter.
【About the Kit】
This is a plastic model assembly kit that reproduces the main fighter of the US Air Force, F-22A Raptor on a 1/144 scale with an assumed marking of Japan Air Self-Defense Force.
■Contains TWO set parts made from F-Toys, which are easy to assemble.
■Not only the high stealth fuselage shape but also the delicate details are well reproduced.
■The weapon bay holds missiles that can be opened or closed for cover parts, and missiles are reproduced inside.
■The finished size is about 135mm.
■The markings are assumed oceanic scheme painting on the aircraft belonging to the 3rd, 6th, and 8th Squadrons of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force.
■The silk screen printing decal is made by Italian Cartograf with high quality.
