About the Aircraft
The Blue Impulse is widely known as an acrobatic team of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force(JASDF). The team was founded in 1960 flying F-86F fighters, and changed to T-2 in 1980, and then to the T-4 in 1995. The 6 aircraft formation T-4 Blue Impulse normally flew 4 aircraft formation with the dual solo. The display performances count more than 50. At the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Olympic Flame Arrival Ceremony on March 20, 2020, 12 aircraft display flight was held for the first time in the history of Blue Impulse. In the following year, the Blue Impulse drew five Olympic rings in the sky with 5 colored smoke on the opening ceremony of the Tokyo Olympics in July, and at the following Paralympics in August, the Blue Impulse flew over Tokyo on the day of the opening ceremony and got a lot of attention.
About the Kit
This is a 1/100 scale plastic model kit that reproduces the JASDF Blue Impulse T-4.
■All aircraft markings in the 2022 season are reproduced.
■Contain One T-4 aircraft with F-toys parts.
■The finish is about 13cm in length, and 10cm in width.
■Snap assembles the fuselage with the main wing and tail wings without using glue.
■Comes with a display stand, and the landing gear parts are replaceable.
■The decals that cover the markings for all the aircraft belonging to the team such as aircraft number, serial number, pilot name, etc. are silk-screen printing made by Italian Cartograf with high quality.
